Our school starts on January 20, 2025

We want everyone to be able to hear the gospel, even in those places where it may be almost impossible to do so, because everyone needs God. In the “Unreached” DTS you will also have the opportunity to Know God through the 5 month program where we will go deeper (with classes and workshops) into the Character and Nature of God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, so that at some point we can go on a mission trip and share the gospel to every tongue, tribe and nation. We want to reach those who do not yet know the truth, so that through Jesus they can be renewed and saved.

EDE de INALCANZADOS

Nuestra escuela inicia el 20 de Enero, del 2025

Entonces les dijo: «Vayan por todo el mundo y prediquen la Buena Noticia a todos. El que crea y sea bautizado será salvo, pero el que se niegue a creer, será condenado. Estas señales milagrosas acompañarán a los que creen: expulsarán demonios en mi nombre y hablarán nuevos idiomas. Podrán tomar serpientes en las manos sin que nada les pase y, si beben algo venenoso, no les hará daño. Pondrán sus manos sobre los enfermos, y ellos sanarán».

Queremos que todo el mundo pueda escuchar el evangelio, incluso en aquellos lugares donde pueda ser casi imposible hacerlo, porque todos necesitan de Dios. En la EDE de “No Alcanzados” también tendrás la oportunidad de Conocer a Dios a través del programa de 5 meses donde profundizaremos (con clases y talleres) en el Carácter y Naturaleza de Dios, en Jesús y en el Espíritu Santo, para que en algún momento podamos hacer un viaje misionero y compartir el evangelio a toda lengua, tribu y nación. Queremos alcanzar a aquellos que aún no conocen la verdad, para que, a través de Jesús puedan ser renovados y salvos.

PHASES

The Unreached DTS is designed in 2 Phases, Lecture & Outreach that will help you get deeper in your relationship with Jesus. You will develop practical and organizational skills as you work on your spirit, heart, body and character so that with the help of the Holy Spirit you can have more clarity about God’s calling for your life.

 

  • The Lecture phase of the school is divided into 11 weekly modules, each with a particular theme, objectives and activities per week.

    Modules by topic:

    • Hearing voice God.

    • Holy Spirit.

    • And more…

  • In this phase you will put into practice what you have learned to extend the Kingdom of God in Mexico and the nations.

    Possible locations:

    • In some state of Mexico.

    • Japan

    • South Korea.

    • Re-entry Teaching - 2 days

    • Debrief, evaluation and feedback - 2 Days

    • Graduation day!

      Location: Mexico City

ETAPAS

La Escuela de Discipulado y Entrenamiento de No Alcanzados está dividida en 2 etapas, teórica y de alcance (viaje misionero), éstas son progresivas con la intención de ayudarte a profundizar en tu llamado con Dios, y a desarrollar tus capacidades prácticas, organizacionales y espirituales para que con la ayuda de su Espíritu Santo puedas encontrar una dirección y propósito más claro para tu vida.

 

  • La Etapa Teórica de la escuela está dividida en 11 módulos semanales, cada uno con un tema, objetivos y actividades particulares a la semana.

    • Espiritu Santo

  • En esta fase pondrás en práctica lo que aprendiste para extender el Reino de Dios en México y las naciones.

The Discipleship Training School (DTS) seeks to bring you into a more intimate relationship with God. It also gives you an opportunity to discover your passions and your part in God’s purposes for the world. It is for those who long to follow Jesus in new ways with a different perspective.

The course is a full-time program that lasts five to nine months and is the prerequisite for not only becoming YWAM staff, but also for YWAM’s second-level training schools.

It consists of two parts: lecture phase and outreach phase.

In the lecture phase, you will learn more about God and His world, not only from lectures but also from community living and practical training. The outreach phase focuses on applying what you learned in the classroom through an intense, cross-cultural experience.

La Escuela de Discipulado y Entrenamiento (EDE) tiene como objetivo ayudarte a profundizar en tu relación con Dios. También te da la oportunidad de descubrir tu rol en los propósitos que Él tiene para el mundo haciendo uso de aquello que te apasiona. Esta escuela es para todos aquellos que anhelan una nueva y refrescante perspectiva en su caminar con Jesús.

El curso consiste de dos partes: la parte teórica, (lecture phase); y la parte práctica, a la que llamamos «Alcance» (o Outreach, en inglés).

Durante la fase teórica aprenderás acerca de Dios, su naturaleza y carácter; y profundizarás en el conocimiento y práctica de la cosmovisión Bíblica con ayuda de maestros de diferentes partes del mundo mientras vives y eres capacitado entre los miembros de una comunidad internacional. La fase de «Alcance» se enfoca en poner en práctica todo lo aprendido a través de una experiencia transcultural intensiva.

Our DTS begins at our training center in on of the south districts of Mex City, where living community conditions are simple and “comfy”. 10 amazing weeks of Bible based teaching will help you grow in Christ and become grounded in the foundations of our faith!

Each week will cover a specific topic such as “Mission”; “Father-heart of God”; “God’s Character and Nature”; “Relationships”; “The Holy Spirit”; etc. and each subject will be taught by excellent teachers from Mexico and around the world.

Nuestra EDE dará inicio en nuestro Centro de Entrenamiento en uno de las alcaldías al sur de la Ciudad de México, en donde estaremos viviendo en comunidad, bajo condiciones simples pero, hasta cierto grado, cómodas. 10 maravillosas semanas de estudios fundamentados en la Biblia impulsarán el crecimiento de tu relación con Jesucristo, y te ayudarán a cimentar tu fe.

Cada semana habrá temas diferentes, como: «Escuchando la voz de Dios»; «El carácter y la naturaleza de Dios»; «Las misiones»; «Relaciones»; «El corazón paternal de Dios»; etc. y cada tema será impartido por excelentes maestros de México y el mundo.

Jesus said, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all that God has created!” and that’s just what we do!! After the Lecture Phase everyone will be spread to put all of our training into practice!

The places or countries we will travel to, change from year to year. And the outreach activities will vary depending on the opportunities you get such as street evangelism, youth and university ministries, church planting, practical work, etc.

While living in Mexico can be rather comfortable - still stretching for some nationalities - outreach is unpredictable and we can guarantee that you will be greatly challenged!! You will live out of a backpack for the entire outreach, and travel with your team to places where living conditions are usually very simple, to often meet people in heartbreaking situations. Traveling is fun but it’s important to remember that cultures are different and can be shocking; you will be put in situations that will test and stretch you but at the same time you will have the privilege of giving hope and sharing God’s love to those who need it!! Come, and be part of God’s story for the world!

Jesucristo dijo: «Vayan por todo el mundo y anuncien las buenas nuevas a toda criatura.» (Marcos 16:15 NVI) y ¡eso es precisamente lo que hacemos! Después de la Fase Teórica los estudiantes, junto con algunos miembros del staff, serán enviados a poner en práctica todo lo aprendido.

Los lugares o países a los que viajamos, cambian año con año. Y las actividades de «Alcance» varían entre el evangelismo en la calle, el ministerio universitario, la plantación de iglesias, el trabajo con niños, las labores prácticas, etc. dependiendo de las oportunidades que se nos presenten.

Mientras que vivir en la Ciudad de México puede resultar cómodo - aunque muy diferente para algunas nacionalidades - el «Alcance» es impredecible, ¡pero podemos asegurarte que serás desafiado en muchas áreas de tu vida! Vivirás de lo que traigas en la mochila, y viajarás con tu equipo a lugares en donde las condiciones de vida pueden ser completamente ajenas a las que estás acostumbrado. Usualmente te encontrarás con personas en situaciones desalentadoras, pero ¡serás tú quien, usado por Dios, les imparta de un nuevo aliento! Y aunque viajar es divertido, es importante recordar que las diferencias culturales pueden provocar un impacto distinto en cad apersona, y es que cada situación y nueva locación retara al máximo tus capacidades, pero al mismo tiempo, te dará la oportunidad de ser luz y compartir el amor de Dios a aquellos que más lo necesitan. ¡Ven, y forma parte de la historia de Dios y el mundo!

*This DTS is a University of the Nations registered course. The UofN is part of Youth with a Mission. A successfully completed DTS is a prerequisite to all other UofN training schools, degree programs and to work long term with YWAM.
